Operation Rules!

* Items will only be reserved for 24 hours upon order confirmation. If payment is not made within the 24 hours, item will be released to other buyers on a 1st come 1st served basis.

* We will ensure that all items are in good quality (ie. Without stains/ cloth damage) and packed properly with address written clearly. We believe in honesty and maintaining the relationship and trust in our customers. In the event of such cases in pre-orders, we will contact our customers to allow more time for us to replace a new item for them. Therefore, all items sold are final. No refunds or exchanges will be entertained.

* No refund is acceptable for cancellation of order from customer after payment received unless items are out-of-stock.

* All prices stated are fixed and non-negotiable, except on bulk order. Do email us in regard of this.

* Items will be sent out within 3 working days upon payment confirmation unless stated otherwise.

* We hold no responsibility of damages and lost during the process of delivery of the goods.

* Check and double check the measurements provided before purchase! Do not assume on the fitting of the item, as different model size vs. item size will fit differently.

* Clothes are styled with additional pieces and accessories for suggestions and show purposes only. All additional pieces and accessories are not included with the sale of the main described selling piece.

* Buyers information will be kept private.

* Colour of items posted in blog might differ from real product depending on the picture quality / lightings and screen resolution. However, OBB will always quality-check the items before taking in stocks.

* All prices are fixed and non-negotiable.

All items are available in stock unless it’s stated otherwise.

Restockables

Some "SOLD" items are restockable. Do drop us a mail if your favorite top has been grabbed, there is still hope for it to make its way into your closet!



*Re-stock orders will only be processed after full payment of items.
